This is so funny. Just another example of strange human behavior. I just think animals repond to the increased attention they receive from their owners after one of these "sessions". She says some things that are just common sense (ex. she gets lonely when you are gone). I can't believe people pay 45-90 dollars for some lady to pretend she can hear your pets thoughts.
